Plasmid Maxi Prep Column

biocomma® Plasmid Midi-Prep Column consists of a spin column and a collection tube. Utilizing the alkaline lysis method and the principle of silica membrane-specific binding to plasmid DNA, it enables rapid preparation of up to 500 μg of plasmid DNA.Purified plasmids are suitable for digestion, transformation, PCR, sequencing, and library construction.
